The Traditional Pasta of Voio “Pelka” is prepared and packaged in our workshop in Pelekanos, Kozani, a mountain village in the province of Voio. Our materials are of excellent quality, without the addition of dyes and preservatives, and 100% Greek production. Try the wheat trachana, it is handmade with our own grains and sheep’s milk from cattle breeders of our village. Also, saffron noodles, vegetable noodles (fresh or frozen), egg noodles (custom-made and rustic), sour trahana with cow yogurt, sweet trahana with cow’s milk, also wholemeal pasta, all the types (noodles, trachana, screws) etc. Authentic flavors of 100% Greek production, without a trace of preservatives with raw materials of the domestic local market.
