- 500 gr. tagliatelle (1 pack)
- 300 gr. chopped boiled ham
- 200 gr. grated cheese
- 200 gr. grated kefalograviera
- 250 gr. cream cheese
- 400 ml light cream
To make the spaghetti ograten, first boil the tagliatelle in a saucepan in salted water for 6 minutes. Drain the pasta well in a colander.
Put them in an oiled, long, narrow, fireproof dish and sprinkle with the ham and the grated cheeses.
Dilute the cream cheese with the light cream. Season with salt and pepper and pour over the tagliatelle.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 25-30 until the surface is golden brown.
