A variation of the classic Carbonara different, delicious & easy.
- 4 village sausages without the casing
- 1 pk. garlic crushed
- 1 pk paprika
- 2 pk. chopped tomatoes
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- 2 pk chopped parsley
- 500 gr. tagliatelle
- 3 yolks from large eggs
- 250 gr. whipping cream
- grated cheese for serving
To make the carbonate tagliatelle with sausage and tomato peel the sausages from the casing and chop them finely. The Carbonara tagliatelle recipe with sausage is a delicious variation of the classic recipe that will leave you with your mouth open.

Boil the tagliatelle for our carbonara in salted water.
Beat the yolks with the cream. Set aside to rest.
For carbonara tagliatelle strain the pasta and boil it again in the hot pot strong . Add the sauce, the parsley and the yolks with the cream.
As it is all hot, mix the yolks well to cook with the temperature. Serve immediately and sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese.
